- 1 orange
- 150 g sugar
- 250 g pouring (whipping) cream
- 250 g vodka
- 6 egg yolks

Peel orange, keep the peels without white pith, squeeze orange juice.
Add sugar to mixing bowl, add orange peels (4 x 1 cm), mill 10 s/ speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl, mill 10 s/ speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl. Add orange juice, cream, vodka and egg yolks, cook 9 min/70°C/ speed 4. Pour into sterilised bottle. Keep in fridge, serve chilled.
