I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place sugar and mint leaves in dry TM and pulverise: 10 Sec | SP10. Scrape down sides.
Add remaining ingredients, except soda, into TM bowl and process: 1 min | SP10 until combined.
With motor running at SP7, slowly pour in soda, reducing speed as the jug fills (so it doesn't spill out).
Divide mixture amongst glasses and garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
Tip
If the party's going to be big, mill up a few batches of icing sugar so that you don't need to continually wash and dry mixing bowl between batches of cocktails.

Loved it! Was a great success!
A real winner!!
Made these yesterday for the start to our NYE celebrations - went down very well with all involved..! I ground up the lime peel with the mint and sugar to add even more flavour (and colour) to them as well and added sparkling water, just because I didn't have soda water. Will definitely make again! Thank you
Delicious and impressive
Quick to whip up when you've got guests over for Friday drinks. Loved it and will be using again, and again, and again. Thanks for sharing xx
Loved it!
I reduced the rum amount to 200 Grams instead of 300 to make it a bit smoother and it was a huge succes... And beautiful too!
Thanks for sharing!
This was wonderful! Really yummy. I've also featured it on my Thermie FB page, here's the link:

so good.... Used vodka rather than Bacardi. Best mojito, as reported by guests!
Great recipe, our go to summer cocktail. I use white sugar instead of raw and prefer to use sugar free lemonade instead of soda water.
Amazing! Have made it twice in 3 days - think this is my new summer drink. Am going to try the suggestion of using reverse with the limes to avoid the little 'chunky bits' of lime.
PERFECT in this hot weather! Whipped up a cheeky one of these after picking the kids up from school. This is totally what I needed to perk myself up this dreary Monday.
Thank you!
