I'm making a heap of this in jars for gifts this Christmas. I just did six different trials using full and reduced quantities of sugar and testing dark, milk and white chocolate versions. The overall winner amoungst 3 testers was with the full quantity of sugar but with dark cooking chocolate instead of white chocolate 🤷🏼‍♀️ The runner up was the white chocolate original version. The reduced sugar options came in last although they still tasted nice. Hope this helps someone!

Love this, so quick and easy. I did 2 batches, I used milk chocolate but the 2nd batch I made it dairy free by using lindt dark chocolate and coconut milk powder.
1 batch made 6 x 300ml jars with room for little marshmallows.

Pretty good stuff. If you want a cold chocolate milk, put the powder in the mug first, add a very small amount of hot water and stir to make a paste and then add cold milk. Saves so much money buying chocolate milk! I also do hot chocolate and throw marshmallows in it. Will be great for winter.

I made this without any sugar and it's delicious. I figure people can add their own sugar to their taste if required. CAUTION if using chocolate in hot weather best pop the chocolate in the fridge first because my slightly soft chocolate turned into a paste!

Just made a White Chocolate version.....YUMMM. I used 200g White Chocolate Chips, reduced the sugar to 50g and used Full Cream Milk Powder. Figured the extra 3g (I think) of Fat in the milk powder doesn't make much of a difference with all the chocolate tmrc_emoticons.-D tmrc_emoticons.-D
