I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. place cardmom pod, cinnamon quills, cloves, peppercorns and vanilla bean into mixing bowl and chop 7 sec/speed 7. Transfer into TM simmering basket and set aside.
2. without rinsing mixing bowl, place cashew nuts, water (and sweetner if using) into mixing bowl and blend 1 min/speed 9.
3. Add Matcha Green Tea Powder to mixing bowl and insert simmering basket with spice mixture and sliced ginger into it. Cook 10 min/80C/ speed 4.
4. Carefully remove the simmering basket. Optionally you can strain the tea trough a nut bag (if you prefer no nut pulp, but i usually dont bother and take it will all the goodness).
5. if strained: return chai to mixing bowl and reheat 2 min/80C/speed 4. No need for this step if you decide not strain your tea.
6. To froth chai, blend 15 sec/speed 8. Poor into cups and sprinkle with nutmet and/or cinnamon if desired **.

Tip
*you can use your favorite ready made nutmilk (TM made, or other) and omit step 2.
** If not all tea is drank, you can refridgerate it and either have it cold the next day or reheat gently.
