Nut, Seed & Vanilla Mylk Smoothie
- 75 g almonds (soaked*)
- 30 g pepitas (soaked*)
- 3 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 vanilla bean
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 250 g ice cubes
- 600 g spring water

1. Add all ingredients, except water, to mixing bowl and blend 15 sec/sp 9.
2. Add water and blend 1 min/sp 9 or till smooth thick consistency is achieved. Serve and enjoy!

Tip
* Soak the almonds and pepitas for 3 hours or overnight for best results. This will also 'activate' them, which means that nutritional inhibitors and toxic substances found in nuts and seed can be minimized or eliminated and more nutrients will be available. They will also be easier to digest.
