I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add milk to TMX speed 3, 60C for 5 minutes MC on.
Note don't cook at a higher temperature than this as it will scald the milk. Speed 4 will produce foam that has large bubles, not at all like the stuff you get via an espresso steamer.
Tip
This is pretty basic but it took me ages to get it right. Love my latte and this is as good as I make it using the espresso steamer.
Note different milk will give more or less foam. This morning I used UHT full cream ("The Creamy One") and there was a mass of foam.

This did not foam, it only warmed the milk. I used whole milk (3.5%). I won't use it again.
Perfect foamy milk, I used lactose free UHT. Thanks for sharing this
