  • 40g grams Frozen Blueberries
  • 200 grams white sugar
  • 30 grams Rose Water
  • 220 grams filtered water
  • 1 pods Green cardamon

Recipe's preparation

    Turkish Delight Cordial
  1. Put Sugar & Frozen Blueberries into thermomix bowl mill 10 seconds speed 10
    Scrape down sides of bowl
  2. Add 30g-50g Rosewater (its very strong I like 30g) - food grade 220g filtered water and 1 green cardamon pod
    Cook 4 minutes 100 degrees speed 2
    Strain through a muslin bag to catch any pulp and cardamon pod
  3. Use like cordial a little goes a long way - Drink mixed with Soda Water and a wedge of lime to decorate your glass
    If serving kids can mix with lemonade for a sweeter drink

This is such a great colour cordial - fantastic for non drinkers who want a pretty drink tmrc_emoticons.)

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
