Yogurt, Lemon Oregano
- 55 g olive oil
- 9 heaped tablespoons lemon juice, (juice of 3 lemons)
- 125 g Greek yoghurt
- 3 cloves garlic - chopped
- 1 heaped tablespoons sugar
- .5 heaped tablespoons Oregano
- 1 level teaspoons black pepper
- 1 level teaspoons salt
- 3 small pieces chicken breast in cubes
Red Chili and Lime
- 55 g olive oil
- 6 heaped tablespoons Lime Juice + Zest, (juice of 3 limes)
- 3 cloves garlic - chopped
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoons Paprika powder
- 1 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 3 small piece chicken breast in cubes
Coriander and Lime
- 55 g olive oil
- 1 tablespoons honey
- 6 heaped tablespoons Lime Juice & Zest, (Juice of 3 limes)
- 3 pieces jalapenos chopped
- 3 cloves garlic - chopped
- 1 bunches large bunch - chopped
- 1 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 3 small pieces chicken breaks in cubes
Fajita Breads
- 2 packages Fajita breads

- Mix "Closed lid" all ingrediends except chicken Speed 4/30sec
- Add chicken "Closed lid" and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" reverse Speed 2/15sec
- Pour in a bol with cling film or in zipploc bag
Place in fridge until ready to bake - Pour each chicken tastes onto each "bowls" bake 20min/200oC
- Let people make little fajitas (in fajita bread) and put on the side baked red peppers to accompany.
