Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I misread the recipe and added risoni with sauce ingredients 😬 added another 1/2 cup plus 100g of water for the last 10 minutes. Kids loved it anyway! Served with salad, it was a hit 👍🏼
This is really delicious and so simple. We added fresh chillies into the sauce. Will definitely make again.
After i lightly cooked the onions and added the mince to mix, it partly cooked my mince. it was too soft i couldn't roll into meat balls. Next time i wouldn't cook the onions first.
Family loved this, I added my secret ingredient to the meat (worcestershire sauce ) and a chunk of cheese to the middle of each ball, they were delicious!!
Yum. I put it all in a baking dish once cooked and sprinkled cheese and baked it for 15 minutes.
We enjoyed this. Will make again
Delicious! Loved by all! Five stars! I used 300g of water & only cooked the risoni for 6 minutes. Served with EDC mashed potato & peas, so good! Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to trying more of your recipes, especially the red curry pumpkin soup!
Awesome one of my favorites thanks for the recipe.
i made the mistake of not adding enough tomatoes (not wanting it to be too runny) so it wasn't as nice as it was intended.
Lesson learnt - don't skimp on the sauce!
I put small cubes of cheese inside each meatball...it was delish.
