Ingredients

Dough

  • 30g olive oil
  • 400g bakers flour
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 2tsp dried yeast
  • 1tsp salt
  • 220g water

Filling

  • 1pkt frozen spinach leaves, Drained
  • 125g cream cheese
  • 50g Cheddar cheese, Grated
  • 250g ricotta cheese, From deli
  • 1tsp dried garlic, Or use fresh
  • 1tsp dried basil, Or use fresh
  • 1tsp pepper, ground
  • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1large egg

Topping

  • 1 egg Beaten
  • 2 level tsp sesame seeds

Recipe's preparation

    Filling
  1. Add all ingredients and mix on reverse for 30secs

    put into piping bag
  2. Add water sugar and yeast to bowl heat 2 mins/37/speed 1

    add flour salt oil and mix on dough mode for 2mins

    wrap in mat or place into oiled bowl cover until doubled in size

    after it has risen set oven to 220
  3. Assembly
  4. cut dough into two and roll out into circle I use pizza tray put one on baking paper to use as guide for size
    then remove from tray and pipe circle of filling around edges see photo,then fill centre
    top with second dough and put bowl in centre to create indentation and press down
    now using a knife or dough scraper to first cut four then 12 see video on my page thermo-envy or on Instagram Jeanodonnell put back onto tray
    Now turn each pieces 90degrees onto its side so you see filling then brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in hot oven for 15mins till golden

or Instagram Jeanodonnell I only add breadcrumbs if to wet eg if you don't buy deli ricotta which is hard
