- 2 cm finger fresh tumeric
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 30 g oil
- 10 g curry powder
- 800 g chicken stock
- 300 g coconut milk
- 3 cm x 5 stalks lemongrass
- 2 to taste juice of lemons
- 30 g fish sauce
- 30 piece Prawns
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 1 bunch fresh coriander

Chop garlic, shallot, tumeric, ginger 5 sec speed 5
Add curry powder and shrimp paste, saute 100 degrees 2 minutes speed 1
Add chicken stock, coconut milk, lemon grass, lemon juice, fish sauuce. Cook 1 minutes 100 degrees speed 1
Add prawns cook 100 degrees 3 minutes, reverse, or until cooked.
Soak vermicelli in boiling water. Serve into bowl vermicelli, bean sprouts, shredded chicken, spoon over Laksa sauce and prawns. Top with chopped shallots and coriander.

Tip
Shred steamed chicken 4 seconds, reverse speed 4.
Soak vermicelli in thermoserver with boiling water for 4 mintues.

Simple easy recipe- tastes good but need to add more of your own flavors for a bit of spice.
You need to add shrimp paste, vermicelli and chicken to your ingredients list.
I put 2 tsp of shrimp paste in and was quite tasty! Probably will halve the fish sauce in future recipes. I also poached 1 chicken breast in the broth for 10mins, reverse, speed 1, instead of using prawns. Quick and tasty soup - thank you!
