Recipe's preparation

  1. Pour the chicken or meat stock in the Closed lid"Closed lid"

  2. Place the florets in the basket

  3. Cook in Varoma, 20 min, speed.. 1

  4. Keep the stock in the Thermo. Take the florets out of the basket and place directly in the Thermomix

  5. Add salt, rosemary and garlic, or whatever spice you want

  6. Blend for 1 minute at speed 10
