Pickled Curried Beans
- 30 grams olive oil
- 250 grams fresh green beans, cut into pieces
- 80 grams sugar
- 90 grams white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ground tumeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp water
- 150gm grams onion

- Place 150g onions and 30g Olive Oil into mixing Bowl, Chop 5 Sec/Speed 5.
Then Saute 5 minutes/120 degerees/Speed 1 - Add Green Beans and cook 7 minutes/100 degrees,
"Counter-clockwise operation"
"Gentle stir setting"
Transfer to a bowl and set aside. - Place White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Curry Powder, Tumeric and Salt in mixing bowl then cook 5 min/100 degrees, speed 1.
Meanwhile mix cornflour with water in a small bowl or cup until disolved. - Add dissolved cornflour and cook 2 min/100 degrees, speed 2.5
- Cool in fridge ready to have with meals cold

We use that as a side dish with our main meal meat/chicken, you don't need a lot but it add flavour.
