- 4 eggs
- pinch Salt and pepper
- plain flour, 1 cup
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- grated cheese, 1 cup

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Beat eggs, salt and pepper in "Closed lid" 5 secs, sp5.
2. Add flour and baking powder. Mix til smooth 10 secs sp 4. Scrape down the sides and mix again 2 secs sp3.
3. Stir in corn and cheese "Counter-clockwise operation" sp3.
4. Heat frypan to medium heat and add oil.
5. Drop spoonfuls of mixture in and cook both sides til golden.

Tip
Serve with sweet chilli sauce dipping (or sauce of preference) for a little extra taste

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
