- plain flour, 1 cup
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- grated cheese, 1 cup

1. Beat eggs, salt and pepper in
"Closed lid" 5 secs, sp5.2. Add flour and baking powder. Mix til smooth 10 secs sp 4. Scrape down the sides and mix again 2 secs sp3.
3. Stir in corn and cheese
"Counter-clockwise operation" sp3.4. Heat frypan to medium heat and add oil.
5. Drop spoonfuls of mixture in and cook both sides til golden.

Tip
Serve with sweet chilli sauce dipping (or sauce of preference) for a little extra taste
