Base
- 200 grams Malted Biscuits, I use Coles Brand
- 60 grams Butter
- 15 grams white sugar, 200 grams in total
Cheesecake
- 185 grams white sugar
- 750 grams cream cheese
- 3 portions large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 100 grams Snickers, Cut into small pieces

- Preheat Fan forced Oven to 180°C
- Grease and line a 20cm springform tin with baking paper
- Add 60g Butter and melt 50 seconds, 50 °C, Speed 6 - scrap sides of bowl halfway if needed
- Add 200g Malted Biscuits and 15g Sugar and mix 5 seconds, Speed 9
- Press Mixture into tin and bake in oven for 10minutes
- Remove base from Oven and allow to cool while making Cheesecake
- Fill kettle with water and bring to boil (to put underneath Cheesecake when baking)
- Add 185g White Sugar and 750g Cream Cheese and beat for approx 1 minute 30 seconds, Speed 4, use the spatula to help push the cream cheese down while mixing
- Start Mixing at Speed 4 and add 3 eggs individually through MC hole for approx 30 seconds
- Add 2tsp Vanilla Extract - 5 seconds, speed 4
- Mix in 100g chopped Snickers - 6 Seconds, Speed 3
- Add mixture on top of base, wet two clean tea towels and secure around tin to prevent edges from burning. Place Cheesecake in oven with hot water from kettle in a heatproof bowl at the bottom of the oven underneath Cheescake.
- Bake Cheesecake for 45 minutes. Cake is baked when edges are slightly puffed and centre is soft.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before enjoying!

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
