Can be frozen. Great for lunch boxes. Choc chips can be replaced with walnuts for a nutty alternative!

I am a qualified chef and tried this today; my new favourite!
No unfortunately no thermy lover helped me with that one. I'm not much of a baker so would really appreciate the clarification. Thanks
Did anyone get an answer regarding baking powder mentioned twice?
The recipe mentions Baking Powder twice. Could you please clarify which quantities are Baking Powder & which is Bicarbonate Soda? Cheers
Sweet and delicious, and that was with sugar and choc chip amounts reduced too. I used light margarine and it still worked well. This reduces the overall and saturated fat content forgot to say that I greased muffin pans and didn't use paper pans so had no sticking issues too. Thanks for the nice recipe!
Probably should have said two large, very ripe bananas.
Not sure if they always stick to muffin paper but half the muffin was left behind on paper There was a lot of sugar in recipe but not much taste. Looking forward to experimenting with flavours
UPDATE: After these muffins cooled in the fridge for a few hours they had a lot more taste Quite yummy actually
