Recipe is created for
TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Whipped this up for visitors who had never had banoffee pie before. It was a hit. A family favourite.
I LOVE this recipe!!! It has worked every single time I've made it!! (being around 1 million!)
Love it! Didn't feel the need to add sugar to the cream, and grated dark chocolate on the top just because that's what I had. It was a real hit! Thank you for sharing.
Really easy and yummy. Well liked in our family. Except I think I cooked the caramel part too long as it was quite hard to eat once set in the fridge.
Very Easy and Yummo my family loves this Pie will definately make this again
