- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 340 grams SR flour
- 25 grams cornflour
- 220 grams Milk

Preheat oven 180*C
Grease and line 20 - 22cm cake tin.
Put sugar in TM bowl and mill 5-10 secs/sp 10. Till consistency of caster sugar.
Add butter, mix 5secs/sp 6.
Add butterfly, mix 2 minutes/sp 4 until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix 5secs/sp 4. Scrape and repeat.
Add flours and milk. Mix 30-40 secs/sp4.
Pour into tin and bake 45 to 60 minutes.
Top with your favourite icing when cold.
