Cheesy Knefeh
- 500 gram full cream milk
- 4 tablespoon cornflour
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 250 gram thickened cream
- 1 level tbsp Orange Blossom Water
- 500 g Sweet Cheese, (check tips)
- 1 packages Cornflakes, (check tips)
- 50 g Butter
- 2 level tbsp semolina
- Crushed pistachio, optional
- dried edible flowers, optional

- Add milk, cornflour, sugar, semolina, thickened cream orange blossom water into mixing bowl.
- place lid with measuring cup 12 min/90deg/speed 4
- remove the measuring cup turn on thermomix 2 minutes/reverse speed 4 (no heat) add cheese slowly through the lid. ( prolong time if needed) you can use the spatula to aid in mixing.
- once the cheese is mixed use spoon to poor into ramikins sprinkle cornflakes crumbs ontop and add add some thinly sliced butter on the top of the crumbs.
- bake in the oven for 25 minutws on 160 deg.
- you can decorate with some pistachio and dried flowers, serve with Atar.

Tip
1.sweet cheese can be found at local middle eastern grocer, alternatively you can get unsalted mozzarolla cheese, grate cheese in the thermomix.
2. you can buy crushed cornflakes or if you have cornflakes crush them in the thermomix speed 6 for 10seconds.
