Ingredients

Chocolate Fudge Slice

  • 250 grams Sweet Plain biscuits, 1 packet of Maries, Super Wines or similar
  • 70 grams walnut pieces
  • 225 grams white sugar
  • 1 --- egg
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 125 grams Butter

Recipe's preparation

  1. Line a 18cm x 28cm Rectanglar slice pan with baking paper and set aside
  2. Place sweet biscuits into mixing bowl and mix 8-10 sec/speed 4.5. Place broken biscuit pieces into a bowl and set aside
  3. Place Sugar, Egg and Butter (cut into small pieces) into the mixing bowl and combine 3 min/120C/speed 4
  4. Add the cocoa and combine 10 sec/speed 4
  5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  6. Add the broken biscuits pieces and Walnuts pieces to the mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients together 10 sec/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 4
  7. Add to the mixture to slice tray and pat down with the spatula.
    Refrigerate overnight.
  8. Once chilled cover with Chocolate Icing and slice into pieces.
    Keep Refrigerated.
