I made this today as directed - they were flat like cookies? Too much milk? They tasted good though. 🤷♀️

These are delicious! Perfect for a toddler to help with! I did 50/50 apricots/sultanas and added a tablespoon of chia seeds.
Love these. Very yummy
light and fluffy, so easy to make and so yummy. Thanks for sharing
Very yummy! I made about 10 big ones and left them in the oven for double the time! Perfect! Also I put in less sugar. Definitely will make again thankyou!!
Delish! A batch of yummy biscuits whipped up in no time. I used mixed dried fruit as my children love the cherries. I cooked mine at 160 fan bake for 12 minutes. Perfect! Will be making these regularly for the lunch boxes.
Just made these! Were a hit with the kids!
These are lightest rock cakes I've ever made. The recipe doesn't state when to add the milk, so I added it with the egg & fruit. Makes a decent size batch. Thanks for sharing
