- 100 grams rolled oats
- 1/2 level teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 tablespoon cocoa

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Mill oats 5sec/sp5. set aside
Melt the butter 50 degrees for 1 minute speed 4"Counter-clockwise operation"
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 30 seconds speed 4"Counter-clockwise operation"
Pour into a cake tin and bake for 35-45 minutes (it depends on your oven and the size of your cake tin)
Tip
the kids will have great fun making this one with you
also suitable to make cup cake sized portions for lunch bozes etc
suitable for freezing for up to 6 months- double glad wrap to prevent freezer burn
If you want to take a picture of it do it BEFORE your family gets into it.

Are the oats milled first, or just mixed in as is?
The butter doesn't melt unless you add some heat. I used speed 1 and 50 degrees for a minute or two and that melted the butter.
