Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into the bowl, mix on speed 4, at 60 degrees for 4 minutes.  The mixture will not be smooth but that is ok.

  2. pour into slice pan which has been lined with baking paper.  TIP scrunch the baking paper and soak with water, this makes it easier to line your pan.

  3. Place into slice tin lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.

Tip

Can be frozen for school lunches

Use any sort of chocolate for a different twist.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Sorry I wasn't a fan of these. They had a weird after taste, and i only did 25 mins in the oven and they were still over cooked.

These were nice and easy as stated. Used 150g brown sugar instead of raw sugar and 25g cocoa.

This recipe is so easy and turned out fabulously. I too put in less sugar. I managed to double the recipe safely also.
