Ingredients
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 300 grams Greek yoghurt
- 100 grams coconut oil, (good quality is best)
- 1 egg
- 75 grams brown sugar
- 350 grams wholemeal flour
- 150 grams blueberries, fresh or frozen

1. Pre heat oven to 150-170 degrees fanforced
2. Prepare 12 pan muffin tin/s with patty pans or muffin pans
3. Add banana, yoghurt, oil and egg to TM bowl and mix on speed 5 for 5 sec.
4. Add sugar & flour and combine on speed 5 for 10 sec.
5. Add blueberries and mix on speed 5 for 10 sec.
6. Spoon mixture into prepared patty pans and bake for 20-25 mins
7. Stand for 5-10 mins and serve warm or cold.
Tip
Fantastic for school/kindy lunches and as an after school treat.
These can be frozen and pulled out as required in smaller quanities
