OMGEE! Hands down the best piklets I’ve ever had/made &eaten! 11/10
fussy Dutch Mr who prefers crepes devoured them & said ya better keep that recipe.
delicious, whole family loved it. I put a tablespoon of cinamin definitely would recomend
I made these with gluten free flour for the first time last weekend and they were great. I used the flour blend from "Me and My Thermi". They were light fluffy and tasted great. I even ate the cold leftovers in the evening with butter and jam. I have tried a few gluten free pancake mixes and they were awful, so really glad that this recipe works with the GF flour blend. I also only had small eggs so I used 2.

Just made best pancake recipe I have tried. Served with maple syrup banana & blueberries. Will definately make again
I've tried dozems of different pancake recipes but this is an absolute winner. Perfect amount of fluffiness. Made about 12. This is now my go to pancake recipe.
Best Pancake receipe ive tried using w/m Spelt.
Used ACV instead of lemon. very light and fluffy.Great pouring consistancy and made about 12.
Great recipe. We had to make it with lactose free milk (didnt add the lemon juice) and nuttelex and they were still really yummy. Better consistency than others weve tried.
Excellent pancake recipe!!!
