I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1) Preheat oven to 180°C Fan Forced and Prepare a Brownie Tray (Grease and line if appropriate)
2) Add Dark Chocolate pieces to bowl and grate 15sec / sp8
3) Add Butter and cook 2mins/50°C/Sp3
4) Add sugar, eggs & milk and blend 15sec/sp4
5) Add remaining ingredients and mix 15sec/sp4 until mixture has combined
6) Pour mixture into brownie tray and place in oven for 40 mins
7) As tempting as it is, leave your brownie in the tray until cooled. Failure to do this may mean cracking your brownie.
Can be topped with Chocolate Ganache or I think this would be awesome with Cream Cheese Icing too
Tip
Will keep well in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Using a silicone slice form means not having to grease or line a tin.
Can use other berries or perhaps even leave out altogether

The brownie is rich and moist. I wasn't sure what size tin to use and I chopped the chocolate in two batches to save my blades.

Delicious! I agree with the first comment in that it doesn't sink when it cools. Stays cakey and moist rather than dense and dry like some brownies. Will definitely make it again.
This brownie recipe is a 'never fail'!! I've made it over and over, I use GF flour and I think it turns out better!! seems to 'hold up' when it cools and not 'sink' and I only give it 1-2 seconds on reverse once I add the berries, so they stay whole. I always get comments and have passed it on lots of times!!! So easy and great for all to enjoy ...... even those on GF diets ......... Thanks for the great recipe!!
My husband made this yummy brownie, his second attempt at baking. He left out the white chocolate, as we didn't have any and added more raspberries. Delicious warmed and with ice cream!
