I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 175C fan-forced. Grease and line a brownie tray.
2. Place orange and nutelex into mixing bowl and mix 7 sec/speed 8.
3. Add remaining ingredients and combine 20 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 5.
4. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 50 minutes.
Tip
I used my left over "meal" from making almond milk. It was still wet, and weighed in at 180g - I just topped it up to 300g with dry stuff. I don't think it made a real difference, but let me know if you think otherwise I'm also re-using the image from the original version because mine burnt a little on top (I grilled bacon this morning and I think the grill was still a little hot)

This is delicious, thanks!
I did have to bake it for longer, as it was raw in the centre, but I will make it again.
Hi there,
Has anyone made this as cupcakes?
What would be the cooking time for cupcakes?
Thank you
PS - I have made it as a cake and it was delicious
I found it needed much longer in the oven as it came out vwry gooey after 50 minutes.
So simple to make and very yummy! I cut into squares and put in freezer so now i just take one to work for lunch each day.
Yes it's the whole orange, peel included.
Hello, just wondering if when you say a whole orange you mean peel too? Ive made an orange cake before using the whole orange (peel included) but always boiled the oranges for an hour before.
to stop it from burning put some baking paper or foil over it before putting it in oven and remove for the last 20 minutes or turn oven down to 150c
sounds too easy! Will give it a go today..thank for the recipe
