  • 300g raw sugar
  • 250g Rice Bran Oil
  • 160g Gluten free plain flour, (I use Orgran)
  • 60g gluten free cocoa
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
  • 4 eggs, Extra large

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 170 degrees Celcius ( fan forced)


    Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl


     for 1 minute on speed 1, then increase to speed 4 for 2 minutes (mixture will be very thick)


    tip into lined 25cm x 25cm baking tin


    bake for 25 minutes or until skewer comes out slightly sticky


    cool in tin

Tip

Add nuts to mix or on top if you wish
