- 300g raw sugar
- 250g Rice Bran Oil
- 160g Gluten free plain flour, (I use Orgran)
- 60g gluten free cocoa
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
- 4 eggs, Extra large

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Pre heat oven to 170 degrees Celcius ( fan forced)
Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl
for 1 minute on speed 1, then increase to speed 4 for 2 minutes (mixture will be very thick)
tip into lined 25cm x 25cm baking tin
bake for 25 minutes or until skewer comes out slightly sticky
cool in tin
Tip
Add nuts to mix or on top if you wish

Delicious. I replaced the rice bran oil with solidified coconut oil and it came out beautifully. Loved how super quick it was to make and will make again!
