Ingredients
- 90-140 g Sugar-free Dark Chocolate, (I use Well, Naturally)
- 1 --- Egg or Chia Egg, (chia egg= 2 tsp chia seeds and 6 tsp water)
- 80 g Butter or coconut oil
- 3 tablespoon Natvia or sweetener of choice
- 2 tablespoon Coconut sugar
- 120 g almond meal
- 100 g oat flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Powder or Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder GF
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 1 pinch sea salt

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and line 2 baking trays
2. Chop chocolate into small chunks and set aside 3sec/speed 6
3. Combine Natvia, coconut sugar, vanilla, egg and butter and mix well until pale and creamy 2min/speed 3
4. Add almond meal, oat flour, baking powder, bicarb soda and salt and stir until a sticky dough forms 40 sec/speed 4
5. Stir through choc chips 30sec/speed 2
6. Scoop walnut sized spoonfuls onto your baking tray (they will flatten out as they bake) and bake for 15-18 mins (you may need to bring the temp down to protect their bums from burning)
6. Cool on a wire rack, serve and enjoy!

Add a generous tablespoon of peanut butter for a nutty twist!

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
