Ingredients
Raw Sugar
- 120 g Hazelnuts raw
- 180 g raw sugar
- 60 g Brown Sugar.
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 120 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Nutella
- 2 tbsp golden syrup or treacle
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract/essence
- 3 Eggs.
- 150 g Plain Flour.
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Chop Hazelnuts 2-3 sec/ sp7. Set aside.
Chop dark chocolate 10 sec/sp 8. Add sugars, butter, Nutella and golden syrup. Melt together 6 min/50 deg/sp 1.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix 5 sec/sp 4.
Combine flour, cocoa and reserved nuts 30sec/sp 4, or until well combined.
Bake in 180deg oven for 30mins in a lined tray.
