  • 3/4 sugar, Cup
  • 2 eggs
  • cream, Approx 1/2 cup

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 180C
  2. Grease cake tin and line with baking paper
  3. Place 1 cup of flour and 3/4 cup of sugar into mixing bowl
  4. Break 2 eggs into measuring cup and fill to 1 cup with cream (approx 1/2 cup)
  5. Mix 30 sec/speed 5 until all ingredients mixed together
  6. Pour into cake tin and bake 20-25 minutes in oven at 180C

Tip

You can use this cake mix for multiple types of cake: Tea cake - sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before placing in oven Chocolate - mix 1 tblspn cocoa into mix and add 1/4 cup of extra cream Cereal cake - put oats, and brown sugar and melted butter on top of cake before putting into oven Stewed Fruit - Put stewed fruit (any type) into cake prior to placing in oven, fruit will sink to bottom and is delicious with custard!
