Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.

  2. Cream butter and sugar in TM bowl at 5 sec / 3 speed. Use spatula to scrape down sides and cream again at 5 sec / 3 speed. Repeat one more time totalling 15 secs if need be (will depend on the softness of the butter).

  3. Scrape down the sides again and add condense milk. Mix for 15 seconds at speed 3.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" for 15 seconds on speed 2.

  5. Spoon tablespoon sized balls onto the prepared tray ensuring sufficient space around each blob to allow for expansion.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool down for a minimum of 5 minutes before removing off the tray.

Tip

This recipe is a conversion from the Nestle's Baker's Corner website with a minor variation with the sugar.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Just made these. Absolutely delicious. I read comments and used 110g of condensed milk. Also didn't have SR flour so used plain flpur with 1 stp baking powder. They rose a bit, and have a great crucnch outside/fluffy inside texture. Saved to my favourites. Thanks so much.

I didn't read the comments before making this so used the full amount of condensed milk. However, I realised that the dough was too runny so added more flour and they turned out really well.

I used 100g condensed milk but left the rest of the recipe the same... They were yum! A bit too sweet for me to eat more than one at a time but my kids and hubby loved them Smile I’ll make them again but either half the sugar or omit it altogether.

Based on the comments here, I used 110g condensed milk to avoid glugginess and they turned out great! Very tasty cookies 🙂

Sorry but this recipe is no good. A waste of ingredients. They were far too runny wouldn't form properly and I tried twice.

I was looking for something to make with condensed milk and stumbled across this recipe.  My family are eating them as I type this, they are saying 'delicious'.  I only had milk chocolate chips and used those.  Will definitely be making again tmrc_emoticons.)

I made this recipe with gluten free flour (Orgrans) and 50g of unsalted peanuts. Worked perfectly.

Don't make the balls too big, they expand a lot.
