Ingredients

Base

  • 130 g Butter
  • 160 g SR flour
  • 100 g raw sugar
  • 50 g desicated cocnut
  • 2 tbsp Cocao, (or Cocoa)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

Icing

  • 30 g Butter
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cocao

Recipe's preparation

    Base:
  1. Add butter and melt 2min|80deg|sp3

    Add Flour, Sugar, Coconut, Cocao, VB Paste and mix 30sec|sp3 or until combined, you will have to stop and scrap down the bowl and keep mixing.

    Press out into a greased or lined Slice tray and put into oven 180deg for 15-20mins

     

  2. Icing:

    Add butter and melt 1min|70deg|sp2

    Add Icing sugar and Cocao and mix 30secs|sp3 or until combined, stop and scrap down the sides and keep mixing if needed.

    Add milk if needed

    Ice slice while still warm.

Tip

Decorate with Sprinkles of Desicated Coconut.

Great Lunch box food.
