- 150 g almonds
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 150 g raw sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 4 eggs
- 50 g full cream milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g flour plain

Preheat oven to 160C. Grease and line a lamington tin.
Place almonds into mixing bowl and mill 10sec/ speed 9.
Add zest and sugar and mill 10sec/ speed 9.
Add butter, eggs, milk and juice and mix 5sec/ speed 4.
Scrape down sides of bowl, add baking powder and flour and mix for a further 20sec/ speed 4.
Pour batter into prepared tin and bake 40-45 minutes, or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
Tip
This is a mixture of the "orange and almond cake" and "orange cake" from the EDC.
