  • 2 oranges, Zest & Juice of
  • 130 g caster sugar
  • 10 eggs
  • 60 g neutral oil
  • 120 g cake flour, or plain flour

Recipe's preparation

    Steps
  1. 1. Blend sugar and orange zest in 10 seconds speed 10
    2. Scrap down sides, add 10 eggs and blend 1 min speed 10
    3. Preheat oven to 160 degree, insert in butterfly whisk, set temperature to 50 degree, speed 4, 10mins with MC on.
    4. Remove MC and whisk 5 mins at speed 4 without temperature setting.
    5. Add orange juice, oil then flour and mix at speed 3 for 5 seconds.
    6. Pour batter slowly into chiffon cake tin, drop tin on counter top 2-3 times to remove air bubbles.
    7. Bake for 50 mins at 160 degree at the lowest oven rack.
    8. Remove from oven immediately and invert tin to cool. Unmould when completely cooled.
