Ingredients
Base
- 150g hazelnuts
- 150g medjool dates pitted
- 30g Shredded coconut
- 50g coconut oil
- 20g Cacaao Powder, optional
Filling
- 30g chia seeds
- 200g Avocado (ripe)
- 100g Raw Honey
- 3Tbs cacao powder
- 5 drops pure peppermint oil

Add all ingreddients to mixing bowl and chop sp9/20sec
Press mixture tightly into non stick muffins tray, pop in feezer 10 minutes
Add chia seeds to bowl, mill sp10/10 seconds
Add remaining ingredients, blend 10 seconds/ sp6
Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if not blended well
Add butterfly to bowl and mix for 30secs/sp3-4 to aerate
Spoon mixture into bases and refridgerate for half an hour before serving.

Tip
Add cacoa powder to base mixture for a chocolatey base.
I use Power brand Cacao powder, the Equadorian Gold as it is not as bitter and has a fuller chocolate flavour.
