Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180c.

    2. Line tray with baking paper.

    3. Add coconut oil and butter to bowl and mix 1 min/speed 5.

    4. Add egg, vaillia, maple syrup to bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 4.

    5. Add spelt flour, baking soda and cinnamon to bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 4.

    6. Add chocolate chips to bowl and mix on reverse for 30 sec/speed 3.

    7. Add spoonfuls of mixture to tray and then bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden.

    8. Once cooked move biscuits to wire rack to cool.

  2. TIPS

The number of biscuits will vary depending on how big/small the spoonfuls are, I usually spoon out heaped teaspoon sizes

Recipe is very versatile, you can add walnuts ( decrease the amount of choc chips) or replace maple syrup with rice malt or a banana.
