Ingredients
Base x2
- 2 Scotch Fingers (packets)
- 1 Arrowroot Biscuits (packet)
- 250 grams Butter
- 1 can Sweetened Condesed Milk
- 200 grams desicated coconut
- 200 grams dried cranberries
Top x2
- 100 grams pistachio nuts
- 400 grams white chocolate

Line two slice containers with baking paper. set aside.
place pistachios into bowl. turbo/0.5secs twice. set aside in small bowl.
Place one packet of biscuits at a time into bowl. 5 secs/spd 7. repeat and set aside into large bowl and mixing all 3 packets togehter.
Place 125 grams of butter and half a can of condensed milk into bowl. 3 mins/70deg/spd 1. once melted and mixed through, add half the reserved crushed biscuits, 100 grams of coconut and 100 grams of cranberries. mix 20secs/"Counter-clockwise operation" spd 4. repeat until mixed through. pour and press into slice container.
repeat for second slice by melting butter and condensed milk first (as above) then adding remaining dry ingredients. Press into second container.
Place chocolate into bowl. melt 4mins/50deg/spd2. repeat for additional 1min until all melted. Pour chocolate over both slice bases, smoothing out. sprinkle reserved nuts over chocolate top.
Double the quantity in half the time :)

Does this need baking???
I found this receipe a few years ago and I've used it at Christmas every year since! I couldn't love it more and I usually have to do two batches because my brother in law wants a whole batch to himsef.
I can't believe it's got no star ratings but I'm also glad because I feel like I'm the only one who makes it and everyone is blown away by how good it is haha
