- 40 grams LSA (blended linseeds, sunflower seed, almonds)
- 40 grams Desiccated Coconut
- 40 grams skim milk powder

Place almonds or cashews into mixing bowl 5 sec/ speed 7. Set aside, no need to clean bowl.
Add apricot and pear to mixing bowl 10 sec/ speed 8.
Add orange juice 1 min / veroma / speed 1.
Add remaining ingredients 20 sec / speed 3.
Roll into balls ( about 1 teaspoon measure and roll into extra desiccated coconut
