- 200 grams ground coffee
- 450 grams raw sugar
- 40-45 grams Himalayan salt
- 100 grams coconut oil
- 50 grams olive oil, Or Flaxseed oil, Macadama, Jojoba
- 8-10 drops essential oil, Suitable for use on skin

- Add 200g Ground Coffee, 450 g Raw Sugar, 40-45g Himalayan Salt. Mix 2 sec/speed 8 to blend (if you would like it smoother Mix 2 sec/speed 10)
Add 100g Coconut Oil, 50g Olive Oil. Mix 20 sec/speed 6.5 until the Coconut oil has combined (repeat blend if needed) - I Weigh 150-200g into a glass jug and add 8-10 drops of Essentail Oil of your choice (suiltable for use on skin) and mix until combined and your happy with the fragrance. Then you can make with more than one essential oil (store in jars or pouches)

Use once a week in the shower, rub on damp skin rubbing all over then rinse off under the shower, exfoliates skin and leaves it soft and moisturized. Lasts for Months on the shelf just don't get water in with the coffee scrub

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
