- 1 sponge cake
- 2 level teaspoons raspberry jam
- 250g block of dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons Rum
- 40g sultanas
- 50g Shredded coconut

1. Break chocolate into pieces and place in the bowl. Chop on speed 5 for ten seconds.
2. Put chocolate on heat for 2 minutes at 50 degrees speed 1.
3. Break sponge cake apart and place in bowl with raspberry jam and rum. Put on speed 5 for 30 seconds.
4. Add sultanas on speed 0.5 for 20 seconds.
5. Roll small amounts of the mixture into the shredded coconut and serve chilled.
6. Enjoy

If the mixture is too wet add extra coconut to it.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
