- 100 grams hazelnuts or walnuts
- 100 grams pitted dates
- 100 grams rolled oats
- 300 grams dark chocolate, To coat

Place raspberries and nuts into TM bowl & chop 30seconds/speed 9
Add remaining ingredients and chop 30-40 sec/speed 7
scrape down sides of bowl & repeat if necessary
Take 1 tablespoon of mixture, roll into a balls
Place chocolate in TM bowl & chop 10sec/speed 8
Melt on 50 degrees/speed 3 for 5mins
Roll balls in chocolate to coat and place in fridge to set
Tip
I used milk chocolate for the ones in the picture
