Ingredients
- 200 grams strawberries, hulled
- 140 grams raw sugar
- 250 grams unsalted butter cubed, made from EDC
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 350 grams Plain Flour.
- 40 grams self-raising flour
- 200 grams Dark or milk choc chips

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add sugar to bowl and mill for 5 secs/ Spd 9. Set aside.
Add strawberries to bowl and chop for 3 secs/Spd 5. Set aside.
Place butter and sugar into bowl and mix 1min/speed6
Add eggs turn TM to speed 3 and slowly add baking powder, SR flour and Plain flour. Then for 30sec
Add choc chips and strawberries and mix 20sec//speed 3
Roll spoonfuls of mixture and place onto prepared baking trays then flatten.
Bake for 12mins or until lightly golden
Line baking tray with baking paper and preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Tip
Variations: Swap strawberries for seasonal fruit or nuts

The recipe tasted great but I found the mixture a little hard to work with.
Made these yesterday as had extra strawberrys to use up. They are amazing!! Thanks for sharing.
