I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Add Butter to the empty mixing bowl and melt for 2 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 2.
- Add 2 packets of Oreo Biscuits to mixing bowl (save the other packet - 13 biscuits for using later!), and Condensed Milk and Turbo pulse until mixture is smooth.
- Break up 9 Oreo biscuits by hand and add to mixing bowl. Mix for 3 seconds speed 3.
- Line a tin with baking paper and then press mixture in tin.
Clean Mixing Bowl. - Break up Milky Bar Block (or preferred block) and add to clean mixing bowl (important as chocolate can seize if mixed with earlier ingredient residue).
- Add 1 teaspoon of coconut/flavourless oil, and then melt for 2 minutes, 50 degrees speed 1.
- While chocolate is melting, break up 3 more Oreo Biscuits roughly with your hands, and eat the last one (unless you want to use it in the recipe)!
- Pour melted chocolate and coconut oil mixture onto slice, sprinkle hand-broken Oreo Biscuits on top.
- Place slice in fridge for 3-4 hours - enjoy!

TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
