Basic Recipe
- 100 grams Cheddar cheese, roughly cubed
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, quartered
- 60 grams Butter
- 2 teaspoon veg stock
- 60 grams plain flour
- 500 grams Milk
- 425 gram tin Tuna in Springwater, (drained)
- 250 grams corn kernels, drained
- 150 grams frozen peas

1. Grate the cheddar cheese 6-8sec/Speed 8. Set aside. Do not need to clean mixing bowl, but try to make sure as much cheese removed as possible.
2. Chop onion & garlic 3sec/Speed 7
3. Scrape down sides of bowl, add butter and saute (remove MC) 5min/Varoma/Speed 1
4. Add veg stock and flour. Mix 20sec/Speed 2. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix again 10sec/Speed 2.
5. Add milk and cook 7mins/90deg/Speed 3
6. Add grated cheese, tuna, corn and frozen peas. 10mins/100deg/Speed 2
7. Serve with pasta.
Tip
Serve with rice or pasta
