I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Chop garlic 3 sec Speed 7
Add Olive Oil & spices and saute 4 mins 100 degrees "Gentle stir setting"
Add chicken, water, sour cream and cherry tomatoes and cook 12 mins Varoma "Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 1
Add spinach and cook 3 mins
Serve with rice
Curry
Tip
If you have a thermoserver once the curry is cooked cover the bottom of a thermoserver with more baby spinach and pour the curry over and let sit while you cook the rice. It will still be hot and ready to serve. Add salt to taste. I used Keens curry powder which is quite mild, but maybe only add 1/2 the amount first time you make it if your kids aren't used to any spices. For even more flavour mill whole cumin and coriander after doing the garlic then continue.

Very tasty, whole family enjoyed. I added a dash of white vinegar and a tiny bit of sugar.
Lovely dish. Quick and easy with bags of taste. Will be making again
Family liked this dish, although I will reduce the curry a bit next time as the kids said it was a bit spicy (but they still ate it). A nice, quick and easy dinner.
Tasty and very easy to make. I added 50g of ground cashews, onion and zucchini. Thanks for posting!
NB: add lemon juice, salt, tsp sugar and pepper.
This was really tasty and mild enough for my two year old. Thanks
This dish was delicious! It was simple to make & I had all the ingredients in the house. Even my fussy 4 year old loved this one. I wasn't sure how much sour cream to use so only used 250g.
This was delicious! The amount of sour cream still wasn't listed, so I just put a 400ml tub in. It was a little runny, but served with rice that didn't matter. Very simple and so tasty. Our dinner guests were very impressed
Hi CazBar thanks for commenting, I'll edit the recipe with that info. Hope it was yummy
Hi just making this tonight and noticed you haven't said how to prepare the chicken (i just diced it) and how much sour cream? I chucked in 3/4 tub as that's all I had left! Smells delish so far - thanks!!!!
