- 1000 grams guavas, Chopped in half
- 1000 grams caster sugar
- 1 package Jam setter with pecktin

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Weigh in the guavas (i added skins, up to personal choice just cut off the little hard ends), briefly chop, speed 5, 5 seconds.
2. Weigh in sugar and add jam setter.
3. Cook 90, 30 minutes, speed 2, with basket in place of MC.
Cook for longer for thicker jam
4. Once happy with consistency strain into sterilised jars.
