Ingredients
Sweet potato puree
- 250 grams sweet potato, cubed into 2cm pieces
- 60 grams water

- 125 grams potato, cubed into 2cm pieces
- 60 grams water
Sweet potato, potato and corn puree
- 125 grams sweet potato, cubed into 2cm pieces
- 125 grams potato, cubed into 2 cm pieces
- 60 grams water
- 50 grams corn oil, fresh or frozen
Apple and pear puree
- 2 apples, peeled and cored
- 2 pears, peeled and cored
- 75 grams water
Chicken, sweet potato and corn puree
- 3 chicken tenderloins, sliced into 1cm strips
- 250 g sweet potato, peeled and cut into 2cm cubes
- 560 g water
- 1/4 onion
- 50 g Corn, Frozen or canned
- 20 g oil

Sweet potato puree
Place sweet potato and water into the TM bowl.
Cook for 20 mins 100°C speed 1 (or until potato is falling apart).
Puree for 30 sec speed 4, add extra water to reach desired thickness (I don't use butterfly).
Divide into ice cube trays and freeze.

Cook for 20 mins 100°C speed 1 (or until potato is falling apart).
Add corn to bowl.
Puree for 30 sec speed 4, add extra water to reach desired thickness.
Divide into ice cube trays and freeze.
Chicken, sweet potato and corn puree
Place water into TM bowl and chicken into varoma tray.
Steam chicken Varoma temp 10 mins speed 4 or until cooked through (you can do this separately or steam extra when cooking your dinner).
Remove varoma lid and place on the bench, then remove varoma and place on top of lid.
Remove water from the bowl but reserve some for the puree.
Add onion to TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7.
Scrape down sides of the bowl and cook for 3 mins 100°C speed 1 with MC off.
Add sweet potato and 60 grams of water to TM bowl and Cook for 20 mins 100°C speed 1 (or until potato is falling apart).
Return chicken to the TM bowl and add corn.
Puree for 30 sec speed 4, add extra water to reach desired thickness.
Divide into ice cube trays and freeze.
Baby puree
Tip
Start with these small amounts at first to determine what your child likes. The next time you make it you can double or triple recipe.
You can also steam these in the basket with 500g water, at varoma temperature. Retain some of the water for blending.

Have tried the apple and pear and the sweet potato recipes which have been easy and successful
Not sure if anyone has mentioned but the chicken and corn purée listed ingredienuts have a typo which says corn oil
