These can be served to the bigger kids as burgers, in fresh rolls with salad or just as a part of a meal, with steamed veg. Little ones like them to hold and munch along with the rest of the family.

YUMMM I used this recipe as a base, added heaps of herbs from my garden , veg stock instead of salt and a dash of Dijon mustard and rolled in panko crumbs for a crispy finish
i make my veggie stock with a fraction of the salt , put it in a zip lock bag and keep in the freezer , it doesn't freeze solid so user friendly
Delicious! My 18 month old loved them!
Love frilly recipes. My fussy FS loves these.
Loved them - will add red curry paste next time but the texture is fabulous.
Delicous, thank you.
Delicous, thank you.
We had these for lunch today, they were delicious!
These were tasty. My children enjoyed them and didn't guess that there was chick pea in them. I did add more breadcrumbs because they were quite moist. I put the patties into the Varoma for 20 mins, Varoma temp speed 1, and they came out well. We then gave them a light fry before serving to give them some colour. Nice recipe. Thanks.
Oh yum, cant wait to try these.... Stay tuned
