Quick, simple and tasty. I made a few little tweaks - I added some chia seeds to the 25g cous cous mix, plus in lieu of the veg stock I use a teaspoon of dried italian herbs and the result was still very flavoursome.
my kids are loving these but wanted to ask if they're meant to be like a quiche in texture? I imagined them to have more cous cous in them I think but these are very moist. Thanks for your help
Yummy!!!
So easy and a lovely flavour will definitely be a regular in our house!
Very nice! Even the cat loved them!!! Great for lunch for the kids. Thank you!
A huge hit with my 11month old twins. I baked them in muffin trays so they were super easy to hold. Keen to make more and freeze them for afternoon snacks. Awesome recipe!
My family were very happy with this one!
made these tonight and loved them!! very filling and tasted great. i used brocolli and carrot as find zuchinni is too wet
